RETURN POLICY

Terms and Conditions

You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase from us.

Conditions

Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:

  • Must include the hygiene sticker

  • Our gift cards are not returnable or refundable. All our gift cards last for two months from purchase and can be used in multiple transactions until the credit runs out. 

Steps to return your item:

Post Office:

1. Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

2. Cover your original address label with the sticky 24/7 Clothing returns label found on the bottom right hand corner of your delivery note.

3. Return your package via the Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage. Please don’t post your package through the post box without getting proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return.

Need a new label? Download the UK returns label form and remember to add your order number – you’ll find this in the Order History section on the My Account page.

Metra Locker:

1. Send us an email with the order number and the item code that you wish to return and we will allocate the locker, which will be available for 3 days from the date of receipt of response.

2. Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. and drop it at assigned locker.

 

Refund

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
